Facebook users should be careful, hackers sold data of about 270 million users

According to a latest report, hackers have sold data of 267 million or 26 million 7 million Facebook users for just 500 Euros (about Rs 41,600). This data includes the user’s email ID, name, Facebook ID, date of birth and phone number. The good thing is that users’ passwords are still protected. Recall that in December last year, a report was also revealed, in which information of these 267 million Facebook users was stolen.

According to a report by Cyble, the cyber risk assessment platform on Medium, 267 million Facebook users have been sold for just 500 euros (about Rs 41,600) after stealing their data. According to the report, the stolen data of Facebook users include their email ID, name, Facebook ID, date of birth and phone number. However, it is a relief to the users in the report that passwords are not included in this data by hackers.
